Pet Policy
Shoreview Flats is a pet-friendly community and provides a wonderful place for you and your pet to live. Residents are allowed a maximum of two pets per apartment home, and there are no pet weight limits. A one time, non-refundable pet fee of $300 is applied per animal, as well as pet rent at $20 per month per animal. Breed restrictions apply, so please call our office for more information.
