Pricing, Fees, & Deposits

Residents are responsible for utilities and services required by the lease. The leasing office can provide the current utility setup and billing details.

Rent is due according to the lease. Residents may pay online through the resident portal; cashier's checks are also accepted. Refer to the lease for due dates, late fees, and payment requirements.

Move-In, Lease Terms

Lease terms generally range from 6 to 15 months, subject to availability.

Before move-in, residents must complete all required lease documents, pay required move-in funds, provide required insurance, and activate utilities/services required by the lease. The leasing office will provide the final move-in checklist.

Subletting is not permitted unless specifically authorized in writing under the lease. Contact the leasing office regarding any available transfer or relet options.
